Dear D.M.L.T stands for Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. As you want to know the minimum percentage required to get admission in D.M.L.T for Diploma. The minimum percentage required in 10+2 or it's equivalent with science subject with minimum 45% marks.

To appear in JEE Advance a candidate must have qualified JEE mains and must have 75% in 12th boards.

As you have only 74.40% in boards.You are not eligible for JEE Advance.
