Yes There is no specific percentage that needs to be obtained to be eligible for JEE couselling. It is mandatory for candidates to have taken five subjects in class 12 or equivalent exam and to obtain the pass percentage.No specific aggregate needed to sit for counselling.
It actually depends on the percentile of your boards examsHowever with 87% people have got chances in bsc hons in the mentioned college in third merit list.So you have chances. Having said that the trends change every year based on various parameters of exams and students.

As per your score in 12th boards exam you can apply for B.sc collges. It is not posible to get admission in engineering as you haven't given JEE mains but you can get admission if you given a state engineering entrance exam respectively.

Candidate applying for Bachelor’s courses will have to pass 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks to be eligible.
There’s no bar of having minimum marks scored for reserved category.

You can try for B.K.M. Science College, Valsad. It is one of the good recognised college of Valsad. As of B.Sc Physics, yes. You can opt for B.Sc graduate studies in Physics after doing PCB in high school. After all, interest matters.
