You can join Faculty of Management Sciences, Delhi University. There are other options too like some private colleges - Amity University, LPU, etc. You can also opt for Indraprastha University and Banaras Hindu University. You can join Tezpur University too.

Why are you so worried you have got very good marks.Don't think that only a topper will get good college .
As far as i know you can get top nit but not cse in it but you can get any other branches too in top nits.

A student can appear for jee mains for 3 consecutive years. Like he can appear in 2019,2020 and 2021.
