PUC Karnataka and CBSE are almost same from syllabus point of view.Both the boards follow the same books that is NCERT.However the difference arises in the question setting board,both of them have different question setting board.On the basis of difficulty relatively PUC is easier as compared to CBSE.

On the basis of syllabus there is no  difference between 11 CBSE and 11 PUC they both follow NCERT.However the difference arises in the question paper as the question paper is set by different committees.Department of Pre University Examination is incharge of PUC exams.
