If you want to do 12 with art then go for it . Art is also a good stream if you have interest in it . First you have to check weather your school have art or not because many schools have only science and commerce so first
as per the details you have provided you can join for Jabalpur Engineering college. For Jaipur you must be a resident of that state else you won't get an admission.
