Your percentage in boards is very less.
You are not satisfying the boards criteria if minimum 75% marks.
You can apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and some private Colleges such as Thapar, Sastra, VIT SRM BITS,etc.

You should prefer to take a year drop

It is always better to to start before some time than after .
After 10th you will get ample amount of time to study and practice regularly and there is no pressure of scoring .

Eligibility criteria for jee mains according to the Registration Information 2019:-
1. Candidate who have passes 2019
2. Candidates who appeared +2 exam in 2019.

Age limit:- born on or after October 1,1994
Note:- Number attempts for General is 3
So you are eligible to give jee mains

Well Ankita if you are in forward caste like general and obc then it is not possible get any nit colleages, yet if you are in backward cast you may get a chance .

You may surely attempt NEET 2020. Studying 2 months in a college does not matter as you are eligible of the examination even after graduation. The eligibility criteria depends on other factors like age limit, minimum marks in academics, citizenship, etc. You are eligible for neet. Hope the
