Yes, you can apply for admission into bsc if you pass your 2nd puc in supplementary. This is only if at the time of starting college you have cleared all subjects.

However, different universities have their own rules.

As per my knowledge, yes, it is compulsory to have mathematics as an essential subjects in 10+2 level for IIT Chemistry.
But here i have mentioned some IITs accepting JAM scores and their eligibility criteria.
For M.sc : Candidate must have Bachelors degree (Geology) and any two subjects

Hi,

Yes, you can definitely appear for NEET 2020 even if you have done your 12th from private. You just need to fulfill the basic criteria for appearing in NEET exam, that is, scoring minimum aggregate of  50% (UR), 40%(OBC/SC/ST), 45%(PWD) in PCB subjects.
