Tulsi applying for the JEE mains entrance exam doesn't require any percentage qualification / eligibility in that but yaah entering into the respective Institution there will be a eligibility criteria for that i e you should have the atleast score of the minimum 75% in the Class 12th

As much I know about Domicile quota then it's directly proportional to the place from where you did your class 12 so you aren't eligible for Maharashtra quota.

No.It is impossible.From 1st class to 10th or 12th where you studied will be your domicile state.As you studied only 12th in telangana not your domicile state.

As per your concern u need to score 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics to get admitted in BTech through WBJEE, but it will be good for you if you don't think about 50% try to achieve above 60% marks in board examination which will help
