As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT or GFTI.
You can apply for state government colleges through JEE MAINS score and also through the state entrance exams.

BITSAT doesn't count the overall percentage of your 12th exam but you should have obtained a minimum aggregate 75% marks in physics,chemistry and mathematics(if you are taking mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in physics,chemistry and Biology(if you are taking biology in BITSAT)

Since you are from Andhra Pradesh , so you wont have any state quota. so in open category its not possible to get any campus with 12k rank.
