Offcourse Allen study material is good to prepare for JEE Mains. It is in details about each topic and concepts,  you just prepare well conceptually. Also give tests time to time topicwise and subjectwise respectively. Once you completed whole course go for mock test and analyse it properly

It is difficult to determine your category on basis of this information only. Because in determining category other things are also considered like your caste, group etc. We can only say that you belong to Homestate as you live in delhi and completed your studies from there.
