According to the previous year cut off of BA(Economics), you can get admission in the Delhi University after the 3rd cut off, released by the DU. So you should apply and wait for the cut off, you can get admission in DU. For more details of the previous year's cut

If your home state is UP and your have UP domicile then you will not get any reservation of Punjab but if you apply with UP domicile chances are you might get a reservation there.
