In most of the states , it depends whether you have passed 11th and 12th standard or not from the particular state.
Like for getting 85% quota in Rajasthan , you must have passed 11th and 12th standard from a school in Rajasthan . merely belonging from Rajasthan

Improvement exam is for those students who want to increases their chance of.getting more marks than obtained.So, a student can write CBSE improvement exam only in the succeeding year after passing your class XII exam.Even if you want to write the improvement exam,you can write but I think it will

Have you given any medical entrance exams like NEET/ AIIMS/ JIPMER ? As these exams are important to get admission into MBBS college.

You should have atleast 50% in PCB for being eligible to give NEET and get college but NEET IS THE MAIN EXAM FOR MOST OF

Yes,Dear afcourse you can prefer for CSE,and many people already did it and are still doing it.12th was school based,But College branches are career based and afcourse you can select any branch of your choice irresepective of what you chose in class 12.
