Taking into account your JEE Mains and board exams performances and assuming that you are a general ccategory aspirant, you should be able to get IT in colleges by RTU in Jaipur and Jodhpur but CSE might be difficult to get.

To,persue Physiotherapy you have to appear in the respective all India entrances that take admission for Physiotherapy,there is no other way.

Evem with SC category it is tough to get a medical seat in telagana , though you are a domicle. Telangana seats have a lot of competition. You can get a dental seat if you are ok with it. My suggestion would be to apply to other states
