admission in pec is through the josaa counselling in which your jee mains percentile will be considered and 12 marks should be above 75. so there is not a case of admission through 12 marks. this can be found out at their official website https://pec.ac.in/admissions/btech

Yes you can give improvement exam of all five subjects after giving compartment of maths. But first you have to successfully clear your maths compartment because a student should pass all the subjects id order to be eligible for giving improvement exam.
