To calculate the NATA cutoff, your board percentage is added to the half of your NATA score. In this case, 94 + (114/2) = 94 + 57 = 151.

A NATA cutoff of 151 out of 200 is a very good score. You can definitely try for a

Presently the cut off is moderately higher. As a matter of first importance let me explain that that the cut off marks that you find in paper is just for Best 4 and Best 3 subjects for humanities/trade and science

It is very much possible in University of Delhi. Make sure that you have required percentage that might land you in a good college of DU that offers B.Sc. Physical Science with Computer Science as the cut off is a bit higher for B.Sc programs in DU.
