Your Jee percentile is very low so there is no any chance of getting gov college with cse branch .
Try for private college .

can i use my 12th admit card as an id proof instead of aadhar card as i dont have it now .

Answering your question-
No your class 12 th admit card cannot be used in place of adhar card as it doesn't serve as your identity proof.The system in which you have to upload it will not accept it.

Delhi university is a Reputed university of India and it's cutoff is usually high, only a Pinchfull of students out of lakhs of students manage to get admission in Delhi university.
Your marks in class 12th aren't enough to get you admission in DU.

Yes you are very much eligible to write BITSAT exam however it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in course of your choice since your PCM aggregate score is lesser than 75%. I do hope you have other options in your mind .

To get good colleges through NATA for B.Arch you have to first qualify NATA by scoring a minimum 30 marks in mathematics & general aptitude and minimum of 20 marks in drawing. However for getting into top colleges you need to score more. Since you have 141 marks
