CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore
Hi there
CMRIT and DSAT are both good colleges for ISE branch, CMRIT is just slightly more better in placements.
If you have good talent and abilities, you will surely get placed in a good company from either of the colleges.
In CMRIT, companies like Deloitte, TCS, and Infosys, etc., are the mass recruiters here. Most of the companies that visit here are offering a salary package of up to 7 LPA. A few companies offer more than 10 LPA.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hey Aspirant ,
EC in CMRIT
Placements for the recently passed out batches were very good. The placement cell and the placement coordinator are very helpful and guide students from the beginning to the end of the placement process. Generally, CS and EC students get higher placements, but overall, placements for all the branches are good.
CS in MVJ
The placements here are good. Companies like TCS, Wipro, hp, Myntra and Amazon visit the campus for recruitment. It basically depends upon the eligibility of the students to get selected. If you are eligible and strong in whatever skills you have, then you'll definitely get placed.

Hello there,
The placement in the both the colleges are good.
CMR : The college has a very good placement opportunities for every student studying here, over 100+ companies come here for campus selections. Almost every student gets placed in one or the other company, many reputed companies visit this college such as deloitte, HP, TCS, LTI. Overall it’s a good college from creating a bright future and to learn something creative.
Reva : Our university has a good placement record. We had many companies like TCS, HP, Wipro coming to our college. Our college does have a placement cell, which is very useful for those students who are striving hard for success. Overall, we had very good placement, with good salary offers for students.
Overall the ratings of CMR is better than Reva.
Hope this helps.
Hello Aspirant,
Both the colleges are of the same group and have the same owner but are two different colleges with CMRCET having a slight upper hand as the overall ranking is slightly better than that of CMRIT. Both have same accreditations and the fee structure is also similar.
You can check the differences here.

Yes you have chance to get ece in cmrit Bangalore.
But one cannot assure it.
Your rank is very close to previous year cutoff in round 3 .
Based on previous year statistics the cutoff was 28 -30 thousand so you have chance .
Don't worry the cutoff may vary every year
Dear aspirant
One of the best department in CMRIT is CSE. It has good infrastructure, NBA accredited UG programs, quality faculties, and almost 100% placement (as of 2017 reports). The intake is around 180 per year for CSE. The college is strict about attendance and discipline and also encourages participation in various events, project exhibitions, technical seminars etc. College also got A+ accreditation by NAAC recently and is planning to go for autonomous soon.
So I suggest to go for CMRIT rather than the CMRCET. Thanks!
Hi
Cmrit is the second campus in CMR group of institutes and if you would like to do your graduation in CSE in CMR it and if you haven't written your TS EAMCET exam then there is a one way you need to go through the management to buy your seat it cost around 8-9Lakhs to buy in management quota according to me even I belongs to CMR you can buy your seat. In your preferred branch only one way if you would like to do in CMR
Hope this information is helpful
