Should I take ISE in RNSIT or ISE in Nitte minkashi or CSE in CMRIT.

Sree Student Expert 9th Jun, 2019
Hello aspirant!!
CSE and ISE courses are good. But CSE has more demand than any other branch. So I would suggest you  CSE from CMRIT than ISE from Nitte Meenakshi or RNSIT.

Should I take CSE at CMRIT or ISE at Nitte minkashi?

Prashant Gandhi 7th Jun, 2019

Hi Devansh,

Firstly, congratulations on that rank. Your confusion is clearly justified.Every year we ate all confused in choosing CSE OR ISE/IT. But you got to decide this for yourselves. For a minute, leave behind the thought of over rated CSE courses and placement, just go through the course structure of both CSE and ISE. There are differences in their structure. I too did this before taking up the college. Look in their course structure, what interests you and then take up that course.

Do not always think of placements,it is all in your hands how you develop your skillset. So feel free to ask any more doubts,if any. Best wishes!

Should I choose CSE in CMR or BNMIT or JSS academy or DAYANAND Sagar academy

Ayush Jain 7th Jun, 2019

Hello Devansh,

I would suggest you to go for CMR Institute of Technology over JSS and Dayanand Sagar. You can even take admission in BNMIT. Both CMR and BNMIT are good colleges with NAAC and NBA Accredition. I am suggesting CMR over BNMIT because CMR is A+ graded whereas BNMIT is A graded.

I hope this helps you !

Ritik nakra Student Expert 6th Jun, 2019

Hey Ravi! Unfortunately it would be very difficult for you to make through C. M. R. Institute of Technology as it is one of the premium Institute of COMEDK UGET its last year cutoff was around 6000. Keeping in mind your rank this would be very difficult for you to qualify the cutoff.

I have 21541 rank in comedk uget 2019. Will Ill be able to get ise in nitte meenakshi Or cmrit? Please recommend me college

Sourav Sinha 5th Jun, 2019

Dear Aspirant,

Comedk is a national level entrance examination for non-Karnataka students. Through this exam, students get admission in various undergraduate courses in various colleges which are in Bangalore. Total marks are 180. Time duration is 3 hours.

Now, coming back to your question,

With rank 21541 you will get Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology and CMR Institute of Technology with ISE branch.

The top colleges which offer ISE in Bangalore through COMEDK are given below :

1. BMS Institute of Technology

2. Bangalore Institute of Technology

3. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering

4. Sir. M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology

5.The National Institute of Engineering Mysore

6. Ramaiah Institute of Technology

7. JSS Science and Technology University

8. Siddaganga Institute of Technology

9. RNS Institute of Technology

10. Shridevi Institute of Engineering and Technology

MY OPINION: Choose Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, as it is a good college and you are also getting it with your secured rank.

How is the ise branch of cmrit?

Souradeep_1559130577 Student Expert 31st May, 2019

Information Science and Engineering is a branch you can go for if you have the passion to study Computer science engineering but lack the marks to pursue it for some reason. I found positive reviews about CMRIT's ISE branch. The labs are good and faculty is also good. Plus they conduct competitive coding, hackathons, etc so it will really be a great learning experience. But honestly in the time of placements, all comes down to how much strong your resume is because companies offer average salary to freshers. If you want good package you need to work hard. It also deends on which companies visit that particular year and their internal dynamics and policies. Hope this answer helps!
