For COEP, last year cutoff was around 58 (ME). As you know this time paper was bit easy so i think cutoff's marks will only increase by 2-5 marks(maybe).
There is waiting list also , sometimes waiting list student also gets admission into COEP but COEP never put

Other state students can apply for MHT CET but Outside Maharashtra Student won't be eligible for Government and Govt. Aided colleges, they will be eligible for All India Seats of Private colleges. However All India Candidature candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET as Score of JEE(Main)
Hi candidate, for taking admission in college of engineering pune, candidate need to score more than 50% aggregate with Physic and maths as compulsory subjects, if candidate are from general category.
