I am getting 56 in GATE 2019 ME (GN). What are my chances of getting COEP (Design,Thermal) or DIAT,Pune?

For COEP, last year cutoff was around 58 (ME). As you know this time paper was bit easy so i think cutoff's marks will only increase by 2-5 marks(maybe).
There is waiting list also , sometimes waiting list student also gets admission into COEP but COEP never put waiting list score in its cut off.
I don't know much about DIAT, so can't put wrong figures.
