COE pune is state run institute and admission in such colleges are based on MHT CET mainly ( MH domicile is necessary). JEE main quota changes every year. MHT CET students are preferred first and less seats are available for JEE main. You need minimum 50 % score in board

Yes. You can get admission in COEP Mech branch according to recent years' statistics. Borad exam marks won't matter in admission process.

Being a government owned university they do not have a management quora so you would have to appear again in MHT CET for securing a seat in coep in UG prog. as they don't have age limit criteria and you could appear for it at least twice
