COEP accepts MHTCET score to offer admission in engineering coures so you will have to apply and crack the same. Also,the safest score to get seat in top branches like CS should be approx 160+.

For 1st round:-
For general category, Ideally to have a freedom of choice of branch, a score of at least 180/200 should do .And for OBC, about 10 to 15 marks less.
For 2nd round:-
Reduce 10 to 15 marks from the above scores but less availability of
you can take admission on jee main marks
and if you didn't apply on both then difficult to get admission in Maharashtra
