With a rank of 72,626 you wont be able to get admission for CSE in COEP.
In this case, you still have your CET marks in your hand. As per 2017 cut off for CSE< you should atleast get 179 marks in order to get admitted to COEP for CSE. However, last year the cut off had decresed by 8 marks and is subject to decrease this year as well.
