    There isn't anything as such best course for UPSC Civil Service Exam, you just need to be 21 years old having completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.You can apply for UPSC even in final year. UPSC doesn't discriminate amidst aspirants belonging to different discipline, people from different backgrounds have cracked this exam and continue to do so, eventually it's the preparation and strategy that matters.

    In commerce stream there are a lot of fields to enroll into. It would be better if you specify the field of interest so that I can tell you the exact procedures and dates. There are fields like: B.com, BBA, MBA, CA, CS etc. In Juy, the admission procedure of the Colleges starts following with college starting from August. For some colleges, the semester also starts in July. For professional courses there are different batches going on like early birds etc.

    Hello.
    As per the eligibility criteria for UPSC exam a candidate must have passed his,/ her bachelor degree, so if you are expecting to give this exam after your class 12 then you cannot but yes you can do your CA preparation after the completion of your CA course you will be eligible for giving UPSC exam, if it is about preparation so firstly focus on your CA goal then after you should focus on UPSC ,doing simultaneously will give you no result

    Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com) is a three-year long undergraduate programme that aims to impart information about the fields related to finance,management etcetra. Generally,the eligibility criteria demands the student to score minimum 50 percent in the 12th boards from recognized board having Mathematics and English as the core subjects.
    With percentage between 41 and 45 ,there are less chances for you to get even good private college. However,there are private colleges that accept donations and the amount vary for different institutions. You can enquire about the same through the administrative block of the respective colleges.

    Bachelor of Commerce or B.Com is a three years long undergraduate programme. The course aims to equip a student with the knowledge of fields like banking,finance and accounting.
    The basic eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed 12th from a recognized board with minimum 50 percent. The candidates myst also have studied English and Mathematics as the core subject in the 12th.
    With percentage between 41 and 45,the chances are low that you would get a good private college. However,there are colleges that accept donations,so you may get admission over there.

    Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but to get admission in BSC course the eligibility criteria is candidates must have physics and chemistry in his class 12. As you're from commerce background you can't pursue Bsc course,Bsc course is a 3 year undergraduate program for student who are interested in pursuing their career in science background.
