you have got a good score but it is not possible to get into the computer engineering lane. you can go for option 3 and do not be upset. you can always apply to other colleges. you might be able to score great in upcoming exams and accordingly take admission in the course.
Yes you can study M.Tech Computer Science Engineering after completion of B.Tech in Good Technology. But you need to write GATE CS paper. Admission into most of the Top Engineering Colleges for M.E/ M.Tech is based on GATE exam. You must have passed Engineering degree from a recognised Board with good percentage.
