Hi, NSUT is affiliated with Delhi university and is a newly found organization and is a Government college. DTU has less number of intake. Courses offered in NSUT are more in comparison. Coming to placements. NSUT has more students placed than DTU for your branch. However, the companies that come are pretty similar. At first, I did'nt get the exact meaning of your question as you have not mentioned the actual problem which is either low grade or lack of interest. See there are some minimum educational requirements for appearing in  engineering entrance tests which may vary from 75 for Jee to 60 percent in BITSAT and VITEEE. If this is the case then you may not get into top colleges but you can definitely do CSE from any college which allows.

But in case you find PCM subjects hard, you should not worry as you will see new subjects in engineering and if you are interested coding/programming, you will enjoy it. Also you get a chance to select your own subjects in most of the colleges, so you can choose ones which matches your interests. If you are going with CSE, I can assure you will not be studying PCM after first two years and till then you will be introduced to them at engineering level in different semesters.
