Computer
Hello Aspirant,
If your rank in JEE Mains is 16000 you're not out of the woods for getting Computer Science in some NITs. But as you said "I'm not really interested in coding or about anything that is computers" it is reasonable to look somewhere else. If you like designing, creative thinking, problem-solving, and real-world applications Industrial Design at NIT Rourkela is a great option for you. The Industrial Design department is very established at NIT Rourkela and teaches product design, ergonomics, CAD tools, and has an innovation-centric simulated learning approach. Graduates move into products design, UI/UX, automotive, consumer technology, and many other roles, or pursue design masters courses in NID, IDC-IITB etc. If you want to consider all your options, I believe picking a branch that you have an interest such as Industrial Design will lead to a better settled career than simply going for CSE for the tag. One must be knowledgeable in whatever career path they settle into, but in fields like creativity and design interest and passion are incredibly important.
Having an STR rank of 132000, students of Computer Science in Bangalore could look into:
1. RNS Institute of Technology is the name of the institution used on the site.
2. Meenakshi Institute of Technology under the Nitte Group
3. Bharatiya Muniratna Sadan Thapar’s Institute of Technology and Management
4. Dr. Institute of Ambedkar spelled the technology
5. The university is called M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences.
6. JSS Academy for Technical Education
7. REVA University
Fees at big universities can be as high as INR 7.5 lakhs and as low as INR 3.25 lakhs every year. The cutoffs may change anytime, so students should confirm them with the college offices and join all the counseling sessions.
Hello aspirant,
A bachelor's degree in computer science (BSc) focuses on several facets of computer programming languages and software development. A solid foundation in fundamental topics such as database management systems, website frameworks, computer networks, operating systems, data analysis, cloud computing, etc., is provided by the BSc Computer Science curriculum. Graduates with a bachelor's degree in computer science can look for work in a variety of industries, including robotics, government agencies, banking, healthcare, NGOs, AI & ML, and IT.
This course is available in many colleges in India but since here you are asking about a specific college then you need to mention its name so that I can help you better.
Thank you
In Thiruvananthapuram, notable Computer Science Engineering colleges include the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram.
In Kollam, Hindustan College of Engineering and Bishop Jerome Institute offer Computer Science Engineering programs.
Hello
The eligibility criteria for B.Tech in Computer Engineering (or Computer Science and Engineering) are as follows:
Educational Qualification
Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board.
Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as core subjects.
Minimum aggregate marks required: Typically 50% to 75%, depending on the college or category (SC/ST/OBC may be eligible for relaxation).
Most institutes require candidates to be at least 17 years old.
Upper age limits (if any) vary by exam (e.g., JEE Main has no age limit, but attempts are limited).
Hi,
For pursuing any CS related course usually Mathematics is compulsory to be awarded with class 12th passing grade. If you are a PCMB student it is well and good as you can choose any stream. But if you have purely PCB you have to pursue career in only Bio related courses or Physics or Chemistry. You can take a dropout and appear for 12th with PCM but it is very hard in some cases to study for whole long year.
But,
According to new education policy, You can pursue BSc in CS even if you are a PCB student. It depends on the college you’re applying for, every college has its different eligibility criteria.
My friend is also a 10+2 PCB passed out student and wished to pursue education in the same field, so finally got to know about BSc IT(information Technology) where having maths in 10+2 was not compulsory and now he is graduated from it.
I hope this helps.
