yes,the OBC candidates of karnataka will definitely have the reservation in COMEDK uget.But for non-karnataka candidates,to claim reservation

• the candidate should have atleast domicile certificate or
• should have spent their last 7 years of schooling in karnataka or
• one of parents should be done theri 7 years

• As per the native area reservation you have to fill application because when you are going to counselling you have to go with your state reservation certificate not with Karnataka reservation certificate .
• Every state has their own form of consideration.
