Secondly, coming to the COMEDK admissions, the admissions are administered by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) which will call for admission to medical and dental courses from the second week of March 2019. And the application will be held via the online mode. The admission to the PG courses will be determined on the basis of your merit (NEET ranking) as well as your course preference.

There is a basic set of eligibility criterias that you need to fulfil and these are as follows -

1. You should have qualified the NEET PG exam 2019 with the minimum qualifying marks which will soon be announced the the KEA on their official page.

2. You should have completed your MBBS from a University recognised by the State Medical Council/ Medical Council of India, so kindly check your College's recognition

3. You are also required to be registered with the MCI

4. It is mandoatory for you to complete the Compulsary Rotational Residentship Internship by March 31, 2019

5. The eligibility and admission criteria is at the dicretion of the KEA and therefore it is subject to change from time to time.

Lastly, there is a 50% state quota for the applicants belonging to Karnataka which is administered by the KEA and another 50% All India quota which will also comprise of the category wise quota as is followed everywhere.
