As we know that cut-offs are not yet released for KCET 2020 so I can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs to give you an idea. According to previous year's cut-off/closing rank in KCET it is quite difficult to get CSE because the closing rank in round 2 for CSE was 14419 for Unreserved category. If we talk about Information Science and Engineering (ISE) than it also seems to be quite difficult on such rank because last year the closing rank in round 2 for this branch was 20233 for Unreserved category.

But note that this is previous year's data and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management (DSATM) have satisfactory faculty and placement in 2019. In ISE branch of this college , almost 98%  got placed who were eligible to sit in the placement. There was the highest package of 20 LPA in ICE.

So if you have a good knowledge and skill and good marks then You will definitely get a placement.

So, amongst the two colleges , i would suggest you to opt for Dayanand Sagar Academy of Technology and Management. I can list down the following few aspects to explain why :

1. DSATM is ranked A and 3.42/4 according NAAC score, whereas Acharya institute has been ranked B with 2.79/4 rating.

2. DSATM being an older college, is more experienced, and has more no. of student enrollment, as well as a vaster and better faculty.

3. The courses offered here are also much more in no.

4. Now coming to the most important aspect, which is placements, the average package here is 5.55LPA, whereas in Acharya institute, the average placement is 3.36 LPA.

You haven't mentioned your category, so presuming you to be General,as per the previous year data of COMEDK  counselling at the end of Round 2, closing rank has been 57826 for Electronics and Communication Engineering in case of GM, so you may have chances with your given rank, Cut-offs change every year and based on various factors like top NEET score, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc.
