Hello,
------ The National Medical Commission in its guidelines has said that private medical colleges and deemed universities should charge fees for 50% of its seats on a par with government medical colleges in that State or Union Territory.
------- This benefit would go first to students admitted under government quota and “if government quota seats are less than 50% of the total sanctioned seats, then the remaining candidates would avail the benefit of fee equivalent to fees of government medical college, based purely on merit,” the office memorandum issued on February 3 reads.
------- As far as the guidelines are concerned then they haven't been implemented yet, and it's likely as per reports that the decision might get challenged in the Court from various Private Institutions
I hope you find the answer helpful.
Thank you.
Dear aspirant,
I would request you to kindly mention in the comment box the name of the university/college so that I can guide you with correct judgement and information. Without this it can vary from a low fees such as 3-4L - 12-15L so its necessary to know the name of the college.
hey there
hope you are doing well

hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that Management Quota is a government authorized mechanism provided to private or deemed University by which students can secure Direct Admission in institute. Management Quota is only applicable in private or deemed Universities because they don't receive any grants from the government.
According to Medical Council of India 15% of total seats acquired by a private medical college can be Reserved by their authority as a management quota.
Further, you can get admission to BDS in various universities through management quota based on the donation contribution rather than merit.
I hope that this will help.
hi reader ,
according to the brochure released by MCC , they have answerd in the FAQ section that if a candidates wants to participate for both governement and deemed colleges they will have to pay fee of higher one i.e. of deemed .
Q. No. 3:- In case candidate had to apply for both Govt. Medical/Dental/Nursing and for Deemed University should the candidate pay the fee for both?
No. As per the policy, the candidate has to pay only the higher fee. In this case the candidate will have to pay fee for Deemed University i.e. Rs. 5000/- (counselling/registration) plus Rs. 2,00,000/- (security amount).
the above question is from MCC brochure
i hope this helps
for knowing the chance of getting a college

Hello Aspirant
The concept is simple here, since you are from the creamy layer you won't get the benefit of OBC Quota for admission in college. As, the reservation is only for OBC candidates who belong to Non- Creamy Layer.
So, you will be considered a general candidate in the counseling and will be given admission based on that only. Even if you apply for deemed universities, you will be considered an general candidate, you won't get the benefit of OBC Quota. Only OBC-NCL Certificate holders can avail the benefit.
