I have already paid INR 2,05,000 for the first round of counselling for deemed universities. And now I have paid another INR 2,00,000 for UP counselling. If I get my desired seat from the round of deemed university, will i get a refund of my 2,00,000 from UP counselling?

I have not opted for Deemed Universities in First Round and didnt get seat also. Can I add Deemed Universities in Second Round?

if I get a seat in a deemed University in first round of mcc counselling and opt for upgradation, then can I apply for first round of state level counselling? And if I get seat in state counselling the can I withdraw the seat I got in first round mcc counselling?
