deemed university
Hello Student,
Yes you can opt for the scholarship scheme. But check whether your state provides it fot deemed universities or not.
If you are studying from M.P itself than yes post metric Scholarship is available for higher studies in any field for Deemed University.
For eg: Himachal Pradesh provides post metric Scholarship for SC students studying deemed university for any of the courses in higher studies.
In most of the states, Metric Scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent in the previous final examination and the annual income of parents/guardian from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2.00 lakh.
The scholarship can be used after post metric and post secondary stage.
Go to the official website where they provide details on post metric Scholarship scheme and get details for the date of issuing and other guidelines.
Thanks
Hi
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
Anyway,
when we go through previous year trends
>>>>>> With 279 marks,
You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges
But yes,

Hi, all students who have appeared for NEET and are qualified are eligible for the Deemed universities. The All India Counselling conducted by MCC (Medical Counseling Committee) is done for the purpose of taking admission in MBBS and BDS courses across India on the basis of your NEET score. You will be allowed to choose from MBBS and BDS colleges during the choice filling procedure. The answer for your query is that- the choice filling for both MBBS and BDS colleges are done as long as the choice filling window is open and no separate counselling for these two courses are held afterwards. Hope this helps.

But there is always a next chance you can try for the better score next year, hope you find this helpful.
Hello aspirant.
ESIC quota is for candidates whose parent is registered under the scheme of ESIC- Employee State Insurance Corporation and is an insured state person. All employees working in an institution and getting "gross salary" below INR 21000 are eligible for ESIC. Thus, if you are a ward of ESIC employee, you can apply for ESIC quota. However, the cut off is usually above 300 but you might have a chance in the following colleges-
ESIC medical college, Gulbarga- 296 for SC category
ESIC Medical college and PGIMSR, Kolkata- 279
Government medical college and ESIC hospital, Coimbatore- 304
Your marks will not be able to fetch you a seat in self financing colleges in Tamil Nadu. But, you can opt for deemed universities.
Here is a cut off list- (fee will be around 22 lakh p/a)
Chettinad medical college, Kanchipuram- 215
Saveetha Medical college- 275
Vinayaka Mission medical college- 257
Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha- 239
GITAM institute of medical sciences- 197
