Hello.

Hello, my query is that if we take admission by paying fees as per eligibility in round 1 in deemed university and after that if we get a seat in round 2 of state quota then what is the procedure of cancelling deemed university admission? whether we need to submit all originals at the time of admit?

Ayush Maurya 6th Dec, 2021

Hey there

Good to see that you got the admission in the first cutoff itself. See when we apply our admission in any cut off we just gave all the documents and verified credentials to the college for the verification.

Now again when you will apply in the second cut off then you don't have to again submit the documents. The college  will verify your documents submitted in the first cut off. If you are changing the college then also this case dominates if the college comes under same affiliation.

Hope it helps!

Thank you!

Hi, Im having 468 marks in NEET-PG with AIR 24941with OBC Category. At which private college/Deemed University in Maharashtra there are chances for Admission to MD in Medicine ?

Sree Student Expert 15th Nov, 2021

Hi aspirant,

Cut-offs changes from year to year and that's why it is difficult to predict. Cut-offs depends on many factors like

>>>Difficulty level of NEET PG exam

>>>Number of seats available

>>>Number of students appeared in NEET PG exam

>>>Caste Category of the student

To check the possibility of getting MD in Medicine seat you can use College Predictor Tool which is given below.

You can go through below mentioned article related to NEET PG cut-offs.

if I get a seat in a deemed University in first round of mcc counselling and opt for upgradation, then can I apply for first round of state level counselling? And if I get seat in state counselling the can I withdraw the seat I got in first round mcc counselling?

Aashiketa 16th Dec, 2021

Hi, yes you can opt for 2 counselling's at the same time that is one state level and other all India level counselling. You can leave any of the colleges that you get for a better college. What you need to know is your registration fees will not be refunded. You can check the guidelines on calling the seat on their official website. Hope this helps.

Does deemed university have reservation for gen-ews category?? How much fee should have to pay!?

Ashish Ramtari 12th Nov, 2021

Hey there

You have neither tagged nor mention the name of the university about which you are asking this question. So I can't answer your question. However most of the colleges and universities provide reservation to the students while providing admissions. Most of the reservations are given to scheduled caste schedule tribe and other backward classes.

For getting details about all the colleges and Universities and reservation you can use our link:

for 3 lakh all india ranking shall we get mbbs seat in ur deemed university?what about yearly fees

piyush263001 20th Dec, 2021

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

It would have been helpful for us to help you with college details had you mentioned your marks you have scored in NEET examination.

The marks you have scored in your NEET 2021 examination seems not enough to get a seat in All India Quota seats & State quota seats for MBBS & BDS programme. However you might want to try getting a seat in deemed Universities.

With the details you have provided, you might have chances in Deemed universities(very high fees- few details mentioned are annually not total fees).

• GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Visakhapatnam- 197 Marks - Rs 20,75,700 annually
