Yes, prefer reading CLAT entrance exams books for other law  exams too.

Because the syllabus is almost same for other exam.

Along with the books keep reading novels and english newspaper for improving vocabulary.

Your score is good. You can get almost all the colleges easily. So search the colleges based on the faculty profile and other essential facilities based on your interest. Then apply all the shortlisted colleges. Because competition will be high for few colleges. So apply earlier.

It is very difficult to predict the college but according to you,  you got 90.75% in class 12. You do not mention your category. So I am assuming that you belong to general category. There is minimum chance to get admission to Delhi University for B.A English/Economics. Because

Delhi University has changed its rules from 2020 & is not deducting 2.5 marks if you want to pursue BA Honours in Economics from a Science background & did not have economics as a subject in your 12th boards.

So, you can opt for any college under DU like

Yes, Delhi University offers B Pharma degree courses in its North Delhi Campus. To get admission in B pharma course, you need to apply to the respective college you want to take admission in & wait for the counselling process to begin.
