You will have to fill a separate form for DU school of open Learning to get admission in DU (SOL) by visiting their website- https://sol.du.ac.in/ . good luck!!
You can only fill one form from one Id or email in university of Delhi admission portal. You can choose both merit and entrance based in the same form. There is no need to fill different forms for this.
