As per your question, you will get a seat definitely... But you cannot mention course "MBA/MCA"... 17000 rank is not too big.. There is a chance to get a seat

In NEET 2020 Delhi University College seat was last allocated upto Air 158342.

As after the declaration of neet results yesterday ranks are almost similar to last year so cut offs rank and marks will also not change very vastly and it will stay near the previous year
