Self finance seat means that you have to bear the cost of your own study without taking help from any government or UGC financial aid. The courses in self financing may be a bit expensive as compared to regular courses but overall the curriculum remains the same. 

the seats in universities are like REGULAR/SF/SNS which are available for web options.

regular fee in jntu or ou will be 30k/year .can get aicte fellowship which is given only for gate q/f students but not pgecet students
