Yes,  Definitely you can use any other bank account for payment of counselling registration. Registration can be done using debit card and it is not at all a compulsion to use your own bank account. The payment gateway will not ask whether account is yours or not.

The account needs to be belonging to a adult and not to a minor.

Any government Jan dhan yojna attached account is also not allowed.
