GNM or General Nursing and Midwifery is a diploma course of duration 3.5 years which includes 6 months mandatory internship.
The minimum age to apply for this course is 17 years and the maximum age is 30. The basic eligibility to get admission in this course is that you must have passed the 12th standard with at least 40% marks and the student should be medically fit. If you are willing to take admission in delhi colleges then to apply for this course you have to visit the official website of North Municipal Corporation then fill in the online application form with personal and education details then have to upload the necessary documents and then finally have to make payment.

The eligibility criteria for West Bengal Post Basic Nursing is as follows-
passed 10+2 from a recognized board along with GNM course, should have obtained registration/RNRM certification from any state nursing council,
there is no upper age limit for esi/central govt employees,
they don't even need work experience, only those employed by wb state govt should have uninterrupted three years of work experience,

GNM( General Nursing and Midwifery)is a diploma level course with a duration of 3 years 6 months.
You can apply for this course if you have completed class 12. If you have studied biology in class 11 and 12, you will be given extra preference. Various entrance exam for admission are WB GNM, Kerala GNM, Maharashtra GNM etc.
The steps to apply are:
1. Click on Apply Online in the upper menu bar.
2. Click on Register and Select the course GNM.
3. Enter all details correctly.
4. Check your given E mail and mobile for username and password.
5. Click on login, enter Email id, password, select course- GNM
6. Click on pay and continue.
7. Then click on Continue after successful payment.
8. Enter and upload all details correctly.
9. Click on I agree button
10. Click on preview application
11. Click Final Submit
12. Take a print out of the confirmation page.
The GNM course fee is INR 40,000 - INR 1,00,000

Yes you can go for GNM course being a Art student. GNM is general nursing and midwifery, it is a course of 3 years and six months who want to pursue their career in clinical nursing. The minimum eligibility for this course is 12 pass from any stream with minimum 40 percent marks in the qualifying exams .

In order to be eligible for B.Sc. Nursing (post basic), you must have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. You have to get a certificate in GNM and register yourself in RNRM(Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) from the State Nurses Registration Council. Moreover you have to submit a proof of training by INC or equivalent in domains like Psychiatric Nursing, OT, Ophthalmic Nursing, Community Health Nursing and a few more.

Yes, you can pursue MBBS and become a doctor even after you have completed your GNM course.
You just would have to fill the application form for NEET UG and prepare in order to clear the cutoff for admission in a decent medical college. It will be same like an 12th passed student giving NEET UG, because there is no upper age limit to appear for NEET UG Exam. So, just give it a try and all the best.

Yes, you can stay with your husband and not compulsory to stay in Hostel. You can take a room near by College or where ever you feel comfortable and convinient. There is no restriction on the place you stay for studying GNM course.
So, conclusion is that no need to stay in Hostel and not compulsion on this. You can stay where ever you want and it is your choice.

In order to become doctor you have to appear for NEET, for which the eligibility criteria as follows-
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology, and english as core subjects,

As of now there is no upper age limit, the lower age limit is 17 years as on 31st December of the appearing year.
