Hello Shivanshu,
The place stinks of hypocrisy ....they claim to be at the apex of world institutions...but fail to realize the importance of how the world shall perceive them...when the toilets stink of urine ..the institute looks rustier than govt school..and professors prove zero divide by zero equals one , trust me it has happened in my class.
In the wake of this unholy incident of a murder...the honorable director has considered separate parking systems for male and female members of the institution .Also no one in hostel is allowed to keep a cell phone. So far so good , but dig this , no male student is allowed in the premises of the institute while girls are inside.Every male student is a potential rapist now.In short male students have to bear the brunt for Mr Richie rich in USA who raped a scientist of this intitute .
This guys parents are followers of this cult and his grandad rubs shoulders with the “whos who” of spiritual celebrities. There is a dedicated "quantum nano center" or something where great minds work ceaselessly on spiritual science...but why they do so at the cost of obsolete and rusty electronics and electrical lab...a seemingly messy canteen ..and a library where the librarian asks the students to bind the issued textbooks which usually are torn like medieval relics, where unusual pretentious focus is on RDC and agri operations is completely oblivious to me.
As intended the pretentious RDC and agri operations have done a good job luring NAAC committee to upgrade the college ranking from b minus to a plus .Moreover the dignified professors had once called a meeting in which I was present to persuade us to not highlight the meagre nicks like dogs pissing in lavatories.. Or rusty labs with rusty professors dishing out rotten question paper or the moronic mania to conduct tests and quizzes to justify the tag of " daily exam institute " to the NAAC committee that visited our college for evaluation.
Despite all the soil tilling there does not lay a beautiful lusturous green landscape ...but a desolate wasteland like appearance which might be appealing to the hypocrites but seriously not to visiting company hr's ..because RDC is a facade to the underlying intention of using students (meek 1st year ones coz the rest all can be dangerous) as cheap labour ...
To them austerity is also an injection perhapsI would like to conclude this rant by requesting the reader to understand that religion is science but sheep mentality and hypocrism are deterrent for any progress. The parents of neha are still ekeing their life out of misery blaming karma for everything.
Their guruji has given them a house and had organzed a satsang but justice? No way ..thats karma!Btw had the issue been illegal farming on one of the “holy lands” the supreme power would bite the life out of the perpetrators.
Also to the people who praise this institute and are well off placed in good companies.. I have no qualms . I have only mentioned the hypocrism that prevails here and how the 2 facedness is a facade of their “holier than thou attitude”.
There are successfull people and they are successfull becuase of will power that exists within them. Salute to them! If you are a future student of this place, you will be successfull if you work hard and take initiative but just dont let the facade lure you in any other way.

Hello student,
As per the sources, AKGEC will be the best option for CSE. As the college provides good placements for the CS branch. A good number of CS students gets placed every year. A few companies visit the campus for recruiting freshers from the civil and mechanical branches. So the placement rate is good here. A good number of CS students got placed even last year. Infosys visit the campus every year for mass recruiting, and the average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA.
Cheers!
Hello Deedat,
It depends upon the branch you opt for. For civil, seats fill up at around 200–250 rank, while for cse it can go upto 700–800. On an average, a general category student with a rank in the range of 900–1000 can score a seat. While the students with reservation can score the seat with a lower rank.
