Hi Shahid, among all the branches in GCET for civil branch it has lowest cutoff. The rank is near about 150-200. So it will have quite possibility of getting civil branch in 1st round. But possibily if not then in next round you will get it definitly.i hope it will

Cutoff is different for different categories and branches. As you haven't mentioned any particular branch or category , so under general category , the cutoff for different branches will be somewhat like
Civil - upto 200
Electrical- upto 350
Mech , E&C - upto 600
CS - upto
