Considering your available choices, one must go for Delhi University English (Hons) program because it is a public university and has a better reputation. Also English Hons in both IPU and DU have minimal placements, but Delhi University's top colleges have a placement record in English (Hons) wherein

English Lang: 25%

Logical Reasoning and Maths (Basic) : 25%

Data Interpretation: 35%

Basic General Knowledge and General Awareness: 15%
