I have cleared my class 12th in 2019 and due to some reason I didnt reported to the allotted college in 2019 so now I am planning to take admission in ipu in 2020. What all documents are required now to take admission in IPU?

2. Admit card
3. 10th and 12th mark sheet and certificates.

You cannot get seat in IPU through JEE exam. There are other exams like GATE, NATA, NEET, NEET PG, IPU CET and may other exams

Different university have different admission process. Some university offers direct admission on the basis of marks scored in previous exams. Some university also conducts entrance test for admission in various other courses. As you mentioned about Jadavpur University, For engineering courses the entrance exam is WEBJEE and JEE Mains.

There are four colleges in ipu VMMC, BSA, NDMC, ACMS.

In 85% quota,

For VMMC, you need at least 625.

For BSA and NDMC somewhere between 570.

You will get ACMS only if you have army quota.
