Yes you can withdraw your admission after freezing in round 1 but you wont get your Rs40000 back since you have frozen the seat, if you have not freezed the seat in any round then you would have been eligible for the refund.  Also you can participate in spot

Yes, if you have been alloted a college through sliding round or participated in sliding round then you can also report for spot round. You just have to visit the main campus on the dates specified on the notice according to your rank, also you would need a DD

When you visit the campus for reporting with documents such as 12th marksheet,migration certificate,12th passing certificate and other documents there would be specified in the campus the name to be filled on DD.

So dont worry visit the campus and ask the reporting officer the name.

I think you wont be able to get a refund of Rs40000 since the refund was limited to the 3 rounds of counsellig if the seat has been freezed there is less chance for you to get refund.

Try by withdrawing if you dont want admission in BCA else

As spot round is a completely different process from other rounds , it is conducted offline to fill the vacant seats. In ipu, you can take part in spot round by paying spot round counseling participation fees 2000/- in one demand draft( dd) in favour “Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh

• Class 10th mark sheet and certificate

• Class 12th mark sheet and certificate

Maybe or may not. Maybe because I think your sore and rank is pretty good and at this score, you may be qualified or eligible for it and I hope you get this Institute if you may want. Maybe not because yes your score is good but it also depends
