you have to freeze the college if you want a college in IPU if you dont freeze the college then you wont get that college, although that college will be retained in your next round if you dont get a better college than that according to your choice filling.

Go for Swami Shraddhananda college since DU has much better degree value when compared to IPU and most of the colleges of DU comes on the top of NIRF ranking, also the accpetance rate of the colleges in DU is very less, so overall it is worth it.
