Basrd upon the information that you have provided it seems that you have not qualified the cutoffs for the first 2 rounds of counselling in IPU counselling.Will suggest you to wait for the third and fourth round of counsellingnto be conducted by IPU for admission to BA Eng Hons

According to their official brochure, "The sliding round shall be based on the preferences already entered by the candidates in the online counselling system on the basis of merit of CET of the candidates. "

So, I don't think choice filling will be allowed again.

Dear aspirant, the registration for counselling is done is the last two weeks of june and the admission is done on the basis of your neet result. the couselling dates are provided to you accordingly in the end of the month of july. I hope you give your best.:)
