Buddy sliding round is basically second part of the third counselling.  To keep it simple you can take it as fourth round of ipu counselling.. The college seat which you receive in sliding round after the third round will either get upgraded or will be retained..

Yes, as sliding round is the last round of GGSIPU counselling the college being offered according to cut off based on your rank gets freezed automatically. .. So if you don't want to take admission in that college you can go for spot councelling or through management quota. . If
