The National Law University Odisha, Cuttack was allowing candidates to update the exam centres filled in by them in CLAT 2019 application form according to the list of new exam centres released by the university. Candidates could update the exam centres in the application form of CLAT 2019 till April 25, 2019. NLU Delhi has closed the application form of CLAT 2019 for all candidates. The university had extended the last date to submit CLAT 2019 application form till April 20, 2019 for candidates who had already registered for the test but did not complete the application process. This provision to submit the application form of CLAT 2019 till the aforementioned extended deadline was not available to those candidates who had yet not registered for the test. The university had earlier extended the deadline to complete the registration process and submit complete application forms till April 15, 2019. The university announced CLAT application form 2019 on January 13, 2019 at 9:30 am. Earlier, it was to be announced on January 10, 2019, which had then been postponed by three days. The law aspirants who were interested to apply for CLAT 2019 needed to register online for the Common Law Admission Test. The process of CLAT 2019 application form filling was conducted through CLAT Online Application Processing System (CoAPS). CLAT 2019 registration was the first step of CLAT application process for which the law aspirants had to provide their name, mobile number and email id. After successful registration of CLAT 2019, the candidates had received login details in form of user id and password.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in New Delhi is a very prestigious college and English honours is one of the most sought after course. So given the applicants are plenty in number the competition is tough. A rank of 300 is not very bad but that does not ensure a confirmed seat in IPU. You have to just wait and see if you get through in the second or further round of counselling.

Counselling for neet 2019 has already begun for this year for various government and other Medical colleges. 

Your score is pretty fine and you have a good chance of getting a good seat. Whether you will get BHU or ipu or not will depend on the cut off released by the colleges this year.
