Dear Aditi, the first step is to fill the IPU form. IPU releases form every year and you have to fill the form carefully. 

The counselling of IPU and DU generally takes place at the same time so both the universities will release the list of candidates in a sequence. That sequence will be followed during the counselling. And if your name doesn't appear in the list that means there is some error in your form. IPU will release a separate list of those students who have made some error in form filling and the corrections also to be eligible for counselling. After that another proper list will be released containing the names of all the eligible students. 

Try to visit the main website of IPU regularly as important notices comes frequently. 

After that one more list be released in which the counselling date will be mentioned. 

As per the list you can attend the counselling.

The IPU have the following MBA programmes

MBA CET for the following:

1. Master of Business Administration 

2. Master of Business Administration (Financial Analysis)

3. Master of Business Administration (International Business)

All admissions shall be made on the basis of the 

• Merit of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2019 that was conducted by Indian Institute of Management’s on a rotational basis.
• The University shall not conduct its own CET for admissions, but shall be utilizing the merit prepared on the basis of normalized CAT score for its admissions.
• The code for university are MBA 101

NOTE: 

1. All applicants must appear in the appropriate National Level Test / CET, as specified above, for admission. 

2. Applicants must fill the application number / registration number of the National Level Test (as provided by the concerned national test conducting agency at the time of application form submission by the applicant for the concerned national level test) in the University Application form (online) correctly. Failure to provide / enter the application number / registration number correctly shall lead to summary rejection of the application form and the applicant shall not be considered for admission and / or counseling. 

3. Only qualified applicants in the appropriate National Level Test / CET shall be considered for admission, through the University counselling, subject to fulfillment of eligibility and admission criteria.

4. Applicants are requested to fill up the online application form. In case, the University does not carry out the counseling for any of these programmes / CETs, the application fee shall be refunded to the candidates. Hence, the applicants are requested to visit the University website for updates.

The cutoffs for indraprastha university for CS and IT branch is different for different categories and regions  .Since you have not mentioned your category ,I cannot tell you the exact cutoff for your category. Also the cutoffs for this year are not released yet.  You can check the cutoffs for IP University for all the the categories and regions  of previous years by following the given link:

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will lead the Counselling  of GGSIPU CET BBA 2019 from June 25..

Previously the registration date for Counselling was to start from June 18..
